Due the closure of NPU to the public as a precaution from the coronavirus pandemic, the City of Norwich Board of Public Utilities Commissioners and Sewer Authority meetings scheduled for Tuesday, March 24, 2020 will be made available to the public through a WebEx link.  Citizens wishing to address the Board during the Public Comment period may do so online.
